About the Role:
This is your opportunity to kickstart a hands-on trade career as a Trainee Belt Splicer in the Mining, Quarry, Construction and Agriculture industries. No prior experience needed, just a great attitude and a willingness to learn. You'll be trained on the job by experienced professionals while working outdoors in a physically active role. From day one, you'll be building practical skills, gaining industry licences, and working toward a nationally recognised Certificate III qualification. If you're ready to get stuck in and grow your career in a specialised trade, this is the role for you.

To be successful in this role, you must:
* Live in or be willing to relocate to Dalby, within a 15-minute driving radius
* Hold a current Driver's Licence (minimum P Plater)
* Be good with your hands and enjoy physical outdoor work
* Be reliable, safety-conscious, and eager to learn
