Sales Development Role
Transform the grocery landscape by developing and executing sales strategies to drive growth with major retailers.
This is a full-time, ongoing position based in a Melbourne office, with regular visits to a Dandenong South facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive Sales Growth: Collaborate with customer teams to optimize relationships, manage sales forecasts, and develop annual sales plans to meet targets.
* Data Analysis: Analyze sales and performance data to generate actionable insights and inform decision-making.
* Supply Chain Management: Manage demand plan accuracy and prepare data for S&OP reviews.
* Product Range Reviews: Support range reviews by preparing presentations and submission forms for new and existing products.
* Process Improvement: Lead projects to enhance forecast accuracy and integrate Tableau across the grocery team.
* Administrative Support: Provide administrative support for customer portals and promotional activities.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Sales or Marketing Experience: FMCG sales or marketing experience, ideally in Grocery.
* Analytical Skills: A strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
* Time Management: Excellent time management skills and ability to juggle multiple tasks.
* Technical Skills: Intermediate/advanced Excel skills.
