Training Period
* Our success starts with investing in your growth. You'll complete a 7‑week, full‑time, paid training program held at our Townsville office, equipping you with everything you need to succeed in the role.
* Please note: You'll be required to work full‑time from our Townsville office during the training period. Once complete, you'll move to your selected shift pattern and transition to our flexible hybrid working model.
Home Office Setup Requirements
As this is a hybrid role, you'll work from both the office and home. Suncorp will provide you with a laptop, but you'll need to have:
* A reliable internet connection
* An ergonomic home office setup (keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, and chair)
* A private and distraction‑free workspace
