Join us as a Program Roster Support Specialist in the Integrated Workforce Management (IWFM) Program, where you'll play a vital role supporting the delivery of large-scale ICT enabled business change projects. You will provide both transactional and capability support to Hospital and Health Services (HHS) Roster Support Officers and Line Managers at IWFM Business Implementation sites with cutover activities prior to go-live and the project hyper care period. What you'll do
* Provide both mentorship and support to Roster Support Officers, Line Managers and/or other administrative support staff (as required) and transactional processing either on-site or remotely.
* Undertake transactional rostering processing support activities (including the build, transcribing and maintenance of rosters) for cutover activities prior to go-live and hyper care of the IWFM rostering solution.
* Quality check and review rostering processing and forms related to cutover and hyper care activity for accuracy.
* Assist with the collection and analyse workforce data (as required) for the purpose of identifying trends and analysing opportunities to improve rostering and workforce management practices, this includes the review of payroll validation reports and error corrections during the cutover and hyper care periods.
About you
We are searching for someone who has:
* Demonstrated experience performing complex rostering and/or workforce management/payroll support activities in a large service delivery environment, including the ability to work autonomously or with limited direction.
* Demonstrated knowledge of, or ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of Queensland Health's Integrated Workforce Management Solution and proven ability to provide high level advice with regard to the application of relevant industrial instruments as they apply across various employment streams.
* Demonstrated high level organisational skills including prioritisation of workloads and ability to meet deadlines in an environment of high demand.
* High level of oral and written communication skills including the ability to guide and/or mentor others in complex rostering and workforce management activities and work productively as part of a team.
* Proven advanced conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving abilities in relation to complex rostering and workforce management activities.
