You will challenge the status quo, deliver with speed and urgency and exceed expectations to join the Sarina Russo Team based in Warwick. This is a full time role working 8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday.
**The Job**
- Achieve KPI's linked to placing jobseekers into sustainable employment
- Organise appropriate interventions and strategies to help job seekers find and maintain employment
- Deliver high quality, timely, professional recruitment and training services to our jobseekers
- Business develop - sourcing and maintaining ongoing relationships with employers and community groups
- Adhere to contractual compliance processes and procedures
