We are looking for a professional to join our Launceston Real Estate team on a permanent, full-time basis as a Rural Sales Representative. As a key player, you will drive listing and selling opportunities to expand our real estate business through building client relationships and proactive marketing.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Extensive knowledge of the Tasmanian agricultural sector
* A proven sales record in a related industry
* A Property Representative Licence or ability to obtain one
* Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
* Strong time management skills with the ability to work flexible hours
Responsibilities include identifying potential sales opportunities, undertaking appraisals, listing, marketing, and selling properties, as well as building and maintaining client relationships.
