Purposeof the Role
Weare looking for an experienced Senior Automation Test Analyst to join our teamIn this role, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and evaluatingautomated test scripts to ensure the delivery of high-quality applicationsYou'll lead initiatives to improve our QA automation framework, includingevaluating existing tools like Postman and recommending scalable solutions suchas Selenium or Cypress
Thisrole involves not only hands-on testing but also guiding and enabling internalteams through the implementation of a robust, long-term QA strategy
KeyResponsibilities
* Rapidlyreview and assess existing QA landscape, tools, and processes to identifyareas for improvement including automation
* Selectand implement suitable automation tools if needed (eg, Selenium, Cypress)
* Leadthe design and implementation of a reusable testing framework with CI/CDpipeline integration and automation if required
* Setup new testing environments and reusable components to support scalabletest automation
* Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to improve testing frameworks and automationcoverage
* Supporta shift-left testing approach, embedding quality practices early in thedevelopment lifecycle
OtherResponsibilities
* Developperformance bench-marking and load testing suites
* Identifyand close test coverage gaps, address dependencies, and assess testingrisks
* Writecomprehensive bug reports and coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
* Supportuser acceptance testing (UAT) and validation for quarterly softwarereleases
* Conductsystem integration testing and verify end-to-end workflows
* Assistwith data acquisition and processing for algorithm development
* Monitorquality metrics, manage defects, and support Agile development workflows
SelectionCriteria
* Demonstratedexperience in QA consulting or test automation strategy
* Practicalexperience with API and UI automation tools (eg, Postman, Selenium,Cypress)
* Proficiencywith testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and version control systems
* Stronganalytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver tailoredsolutions
* Excellentverbal and written communication skills, with strong documentationpractices
* Experiencein cloud-based test automation and integration with Azure DevOps orequivalent
* Familiaritywith Agile methodologies and working within consultancy or delivery teams
* Strongstakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate acrosstechnical and business levels
* Experiencedeveloping and maintaining test harnesses, frameworks, and automationtools across UI, API, and database layers
* Exposureto agentic or self-healing automation tools
* Awarenessof broader testing needs beyond Agile ceremonies to support comprehensivetest strategies
* Capabilityto monitor and report on test activity, coverage, and successmetrics—including manual testing
