Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Gympie | Part-time | QLD at Bendigo Bank. This is a permanent, part-time position located in Gympie with a 40-hour fortnight roster.
Responsibilities
Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries, and paperwork while maintaining risk considerations
Engage in on-the-job training and external development opportunities to support career growth
Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and enjoying a positive team environment
What you'll bring to the role
Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to achieve targets
Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
Drive for collaboration and teamwork
Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
