Overview
Customer Service Officer | Community Bank Gympie | Part-time | QLD at Bendigo Bank. This is a permanent, part-time position located in Gympie with a 40-hour fortnight roster.
Responsibilities
* Explore customers' needs through in-depth conversations to help them achieve their financial goals and partner with different specialists within the branch
* Support customers with digital literacy and online banking needs as we continue to innovate our offerings
* Be the face of the branch and customer service, handling transactions, cash, queries, and paperwork while maintaining risk considerations
* Engage in on-the-job training and external development opportunities to support career growth
* Build connections by supporting customers, giving back to the community, and enjoying a positive team environment
What you'll bring to the role
* Experience in a customer service environment with the ability to achieve targets
* Strong attention to detail to ensure secure, accurate transactions with a risk mindset
* Confidence to communicate with new and existing customers face to face and over the phone
* Eagerness to understand and communicate what makes our bank different
* Drive for collaboration and teamwork
* Experience in the banking and finance industry is a plus but not essential
