Specialist - Payroll System and Reporting
Adbri is looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Systems and Reporting Specialist to join our team in a full-time, permanent role. Based in Adelaide, this position supports accurate payroll reporting, compliance, and system enhancements across the business.
Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you’ll work within the Chris21 environment to streamline processes, support audits, and drive reporting automation. You’ll also play a key role in system upgrades and payroll data analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and reconcile end-of-month and end-of-year payroll reports (Chris21 & Dayforce)
- Manage superannuation, payroll tax, and cash-flow forecasting
- Ensure SOX compliance and support internal audits
- Maintain system access and support payroll verification processes
- Lead testing and implementation of system upgrades and changes
About You
- Minimum 4 years’ experience in Australian payroll, with strong Chris21 system knowledge
- Advanced Excel and analytical skills
- Proven ability to drive process improvements
- Robust communication and problem-solving skills
- Team-focused with a proactive approach
