The Harvey Norman **Gympie** Administration Team is seeking a passionate, customer service focused Administration 2IC to join them in delivering _Great Service, Always!_ to their customers.
As a 2IC, you will have a sound understanding of administration functions to support our general retail operations and to liaise with customers providing exceptional customer service.
**What we require**
- Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written English
- To be highly organised and possess great time management skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure, assist coaching, lead and motivated an enthusiastic team
- Assist administration manager in tasks including: Creditors, debtors, banking reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, payroll, cash books and monthly reporting.
- Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail
- Able to work with mínimal supervision
- Competent computer skills with advanced knowledge in Excel and Word
