Accounting Professional Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Accounting professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data, processing transactions, and providing administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
* Financial Transaction Management: Process and manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
* Supplier Payments: Prepare and process supplier payments and online banking.
* Reconciliations: Conduct bank and supplier reconciliations.
* Financial Data Integrity: Maintain the integrity of financial data in MYOB.
* Payroll Administration: Maintain employee payroll records.
* Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with basic financial analysis.
* Month-End Procedures: Process month-end procedures including reconciliations.
* External Liaison: Liaise with external stakeholders including auditors, banks, accountants, and suppliers.
Requirements
* Proficient in MYOB
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently under pressure
