Job Title:

Crowne Meetings Coordinator

As Crowne Meetings Coordinator, you will work closely with the Crowne Meetings Manager to support the planning of events. You will ensure all group requirements are met through the creation and implementation of best practices for Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE). Reporting to the Crowne Meetings Manager, you will collaborate with the Banquets Operations Team and Chefs to ensure the Food and Beverage offerings and service delivery exceed client and guest expectations. You will actively promote the hotel and brand through community and professional involvement, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.


Requirements:

* Higher education qualification or equivalent in Hotel Administration or Event Management
* Minimum 1 year of high-quality events experience with a proven track record of success in driving repeat business
* Proficiency in systems such as Delphi and Opera is favorable, or experience with detail-oriented systems
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Flexible and adaptable working approach
* Friendly and professional manner
