Key Aspects of the role

Modern Workplace & Endpoint Management

* Designing, deploying, and managing modern endpoint environments across Windows, macOS, and mobile platforms.

Identity, Security & Access

* Partnering with security teams to ensure compliance and protect users and devices.

Collaboration & Productivity Tools

* Designing solutions that enhance communication, knowledge sharing, and productivity.
* Troubleshooting complex collaboration and end‐user experience issues.

Automation & Continuous Improvement

* Monitoring and enhancing performance, reliability, and user experience across the workplace ecosystem.
* Evaluating emerging technologies and recommending improvements to our modern workplace stack.

Support & Stakeholder Engagement

* Collaborating closely with service desk, infrastructure, security, and business teams.
* Creating and maintaining technical documentation, standards, and procedures.

About You

We're looking for someone who's passionate about building a secure, seamless, and user‐centric digital workplace. If you thrive on modern endpoint management, automation, and helping people work smarter, this role will give you the scope and influence to make a real impact.

* A strong understanding of modern workplace technologies and endpoint management.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for automation, optimisation, and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with technical and non‐technical stakeholders.
