Service Coordinator Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative skills, a proactive mindset and passion for delivering high-quality services in the NDIS or community services sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate and manage individualized service agreements and associated documents.
\
* Liaise directly with clients, families and support coordinators to clarify service requirements.
\
* Ensure services are delivered in accordance with guidelines and contract terms.
\
* Track service performance and identify any discrepancies or delays.
\
* Maintain up-to-date and accurate client data, documentation and records within internal systems.
\
* Support financial functions such as budgeting and invoice tracking related to service delivery.
\
* Manage contract variations, renewals, terminations and other administrative updates.
\
* Prepare compliance reports, audits and documentation as required by regulatory bodies.
\
Requirements:
\
\
* Proven experience in contract administration or similar roles within NDIS, disability services or community organizations.
\
* Sound understanding of NDIS frameworks, compliance obligations and funding models.
\
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build strong relationships across clients and teams.
\
* Strong attention to detail and organizational capabilities.
\
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM or case management systems.
