About the Role
We\'re on the hunt for a passionate, driven, and commercially-minded Store Manager to take charge of one of our client\'s high-performing retail locations in Moorabbin.
This is more than just a sales role - it\'s about leadership, accountability, and delivering outstanding results through an exceptional customer experience. You\'ll be the face of the store, responsible for everything from coaching your team and managing performance, to ensuring operations run smoothly and targets are met.

Responsibilities
Lead, motivate, and develop your team to achieve store KPIs and sales targets
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding and meeting individual customer needs
Manage all aspects of store operations including inventory, visual merchandising, and compliance
Create and maintain a positive, customer-focused team culture
Report on store performance and identify opportunities for improvement
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented retail environment at all times
