The Corporate And Allied Health Administration/Receptionist will be involved in a broad range of administration tasks across the Corporate and Allied Health service areas.

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a variety of tasks including:
* Answering phone calls and responding to emails
* Arranging appointments and managing calendars
* Preparing documents and reports
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail
Key Responsibilities
* To ensure the smooth operation of the office, providing administrative support to the team as needed
* To maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and security at all times
* To develop and implement efficient systems and processes to improve productivity and reduce costs
Requirements
* A current driver's licence or ability to obtain one
* A First Aid Certificate or ability to obtain one
* A Blue Card (Working with Children Card QLD) or ability to obtain one
* A Federal Police Check or ability to obtain one
