Roberts Designs International is a leading provider of high-quality tiling tools, accessories and Maxisil Silicone with a strong focus on innovation and customer satisfaction. Their dedicated team delivers quality products and services to clients nationwide, contributing to their established reputation for excellence in the building industry.
They are seeking a Territory Manager for the Central and Southern NSW region to support their continued growth. This role suits an ambitious, self-driven individual looking to build their sales career. You will manage their established wholesale, retail trade and independent hardware channels, maintain strong relationships with existing customers, and develop current business opportunities.
What the role looks like:
- Manage an existing portfolio of loyal customers across NSW
- Plan your run cycle and complete regular store visits
- Present new products, monthly specials and samples
- Build strong relationships with store managers, trade customers and key decision makers
- Handle inbound calls as the main contact for NSW customers
- Identify and convert new business opportunities
- Provide product advice and demonstrations across silicones, tiling trims, tools and accessories
- Maintain visit notes in the Repsly app and manage your own weekly schedule
- Regular travel across metropolitan and regional NSW is required.
This is a hybrid role — working from home & spending most of your time on the road.
What we’re looking for:
- Trustworthy, reliable and comfortable working autonomously
- A passion for driving sales growth and exceeding sales targets
- Experience in B2B sales and working with end users – ideal but not essential
- Proven tiling industry experience would be desirable but not essential
- Advanced communication skills and Intermediate (minimum) capability in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
- Effective time management and planning
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Full driver’s license
- Full Australian working rights.
