About the opportunity
At Mercy Health, each moment, no matter how small, truly matters - and as a Home Care Worker, you'll create cherished moments each day.
You will support our clients to live independently at home by providing personal care, domestic assistance, assisted shopping and meal preparation.

To thrive in this role, you will have:
* A compassionate, flexible and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
* The ability to nurture friendly, respectful relationships and contribute to a collaborative team environment.
* Have your own car with a valid drivers licence
You will also be required to provide evidence of, or in the process of obtaining:
* Certificate III or IV in Home and Community Care/Aged Care/Disability
* First Aid Certificate (Level 2)
* NDIS workers screening check
* NDIS Orientation Module Completion Certificate
* Drivers License
* Car Insurance and Registration
* Workers Rights
