You will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to clients in their own homes, assisting with daily living tasks such as personal care, meal preparation, and domestic duties.
You will also be required to maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities include:
* Meal planning and preparation
* Personal care and toileting
* Medication administration
* Domestic duties
* Community Access
* Implementation of Behaviour Support Plans
* Assistance with medical/allied health appointments
* Shift and Incident reporting
* Basic clerical and administrative duties
Available shifts include morning and afternoon shifts, one-on-one supports, active overnights, and sleep-over shifts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Current First Aid Certificate
* Current CPR
* NDIS Workers Clearance Check
* Permanent Resident or Citizen of Australia
* Covid-19 triple vaccinated with booster (where applicable)
* Minimum 12 months industry experience required
* Certificate III or IV in Disability or Individual Support desirable
* Driver's Licence - Must own vehicle
