This position is suited to both experienced cosmetic nurses and Registered Nurses intending to enter the cosmetic sector with a clear ambition to progress into clinic ownership.
The Role
You will join as a cosmetic nurse and play a key role in clinical delivery, patient experience, and operational standards. Comprehensive cosmetic injectables training is provided for suitable candidates entering the sector.
This role includes acting as the Responsible Party on the Poisons Permit, with full governance, policy, and compliance support provided by Cosmetique.
A Clear Pathway to Ownership
This is not a static nursing role. High-performing nurses who successfully complete probation may be invited to buy into the practice, providing a structured and credible route from practitioner to clinic owner.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and be supported by a centralised leadership, compliance, and clinical governance team.

What We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Registered Nurse who demonstrates professional maturity, strong judgement, and a long-term mindset. You must be capable of assuming responsibility under the Poisons Permit and committed to patient safety, ethical practice, and continuous improvement.
A commercial mindset and interest in clinic ownership are essential.
Selection Criteria
Current AHPRA registration with no restrictions
Strong communication skills and professional presentation
Excellent clinical judgement with a patient safety focus
High attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
Availability for weekdays and weekends
Ability to work full time
Access to reliable transport

Passionate about cosmetic nursing and long-term career progression
Either experienced in cosmetic injectables or motivated to enter the sector
Confident, personable, and patient-focused
Comfortable with consultations, treatment planning, and patient retention
Committed to ongoing training and professional development
Prior general nursing experience, including graduate programme participation, is desirable
