Position Purpose
As a Skin Therapist you will collaborate closely with our team of medical practitioners and cosmetic injectors to deliver advanced skin consultations, evidence-based treatment plans, and exceptional patient care. Focusing on patient liaison, skin care consultation, and delivering exceptional beauty and skin treatments. This role is essential in helping clients achieve their skin health and aesthetic goals while ensuring they feel valued, heard, and cared for throughout their journey. Key Responsibilities
Client Consultations & Liaison:
* Conduct comprehensive skin consultations and assessments to understand client concerns and goals
* Act as a patient liaison, building strong relationships with clients and ensuring exceptional customer service at every touchpoint
* Provide expert advice on skincare routines, products, and treatment options tailored to individual skin types and concerns
* Ensure clients feel valued, supported, and confident throughout their treatment journey
Treatment Delivery:
* Perform a range of beauty and skin treatments including peels, LED therapy, and other skin rejuvenation treatments
* Deliver treatments with precision, care, and attention to detail
* Ensure client comfort and safety during all procedures
* Maintain high standards of treatment quality and client satisfaction
Product & Retail:
* Promote retail skincare products and recommend home care regimens to support treatment outcomes
* Educate clients on proper product use and skincare routines
* Contribute to retail sales targets as part of KPI achievement
Collaboration & Teamwork:
* Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure integrated treatment planning and continuity of care
* Communicate effectively with dermal clinicians, nurses, and medical practitioners regarding client needs
* Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture
* Support other team members and maintain a cohesive work environment
Documentation & Compliance:
* Maintain accurate client records, treatment notes, and before/after photos in accordance with clinic standards
* Ensure all consent forms and documentation are completed appropriately
* Uphold the highest standards of hygiene, infection control, and workplace health and safety
* Follow all clinic protocols and procedures
Professional Development:
* Stay current with latest skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques
* Attend training sessions and educational events as required
* Contribute to the clinic's commitment to continuous learning and improvement

Essential Requirements
Qualifications:
* Diploma of Beauty Therapy (minimum qualification)
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years' industry experience in beauty therapy or skin care
* Demonstrated competency in performing facials, skin treatments, and client consultations
Skills & Attributes:
* Exceptional customer service skills and a genuine passion for helping clients achieve their skincare goals
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
* Strong technical skills and treatment knowledge
* Professional presentation and attention to detail
* Ability to work autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
* Flexibility to work occasional Saturday shifts
* Proven ability to promote and sell skincare products
