Director of Strategic Client Partnerships
We are seeking an experienced professional to maintain and expand high-level relationships with major Asian airlines.
This is a challenging position within our airline client service team, reporting directly to the Regional Client Service Director. Your primary responsibility will be to manage strategic partnerships and identify new business opportunities within these accounts.
Key duties include:
* Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant product delivery
* Overseeing product refreshes and aesthetic updates during the lifecycle of typical airline contracts, lasting 2-3 years
Regular travel may be required for this role due to its international nature.
A seasoned account director who takes ownership of their client portfolio, manages strategic relationships, and identifies new opportunities within these accounts is ideal for this position.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Experience managing high-value accounts, preferably with knowledge of product development in airline or wholesale retail sectors
* A proven track record of revenue growth and repeat business through effective client relationship management
* Fluency in Mandarin is essential for managing the Asian client portfolio effectively
* Strong analytical skills to develop sales strategies and plans
* Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet deadlines and deliver results
* Proficiency with CRM and project management tools like Smartsheet and Salesforce, along with advanced MS Office skills
* Knowledge of, or network within, the airline industry is advantageous—either through direct industry experience or selling into this sector
* An interest in luxury brands and a passion for travel
