THE ROLE As an Application Support Analyst, you'll support multiple business critical applications for internal users, as well as the preparing of SQL reporting. You'll be troubleshooting technical issues, liaising with vendors, creating reports and driving smarter solutions for business processes. Responsibilities: Act as the 1 st point of contact to diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve business application issues. Writing SQL queries to troubleshoot vendor-based applications. Liaising with vendors for system upgrades. Creating reports with SQL. YOUR PROFILE: Ideal for an Application Support Analyst with experience troubleshooting software using SQL querying. Suits an individual with knowledge of SQL reporting and creating reports using application data. This role will benefit a proactive individual, who can work in the office full time. Required skills: Strong experience across application support, triaging and troubleshooting initial issues from stakeholders. Ability to write SQL queries to troubleshoot apps and pull data to write reports. Experience developing and modifying reports using Crystal Reports, SSRS and MS Access. Strong interpersonal skills with a "can-do" attitude and initiative to work independently and recommend improvements.
