About the Position
This part-time opportunity is ideal for professionals seeking to contribute their administrative and event coordination expertise to a values-driven community.
* Support committee meetings by preparing agendas and minutes
* Coordinate events including breakfasts, lunches, round tables, site visits, and Business of Small Practice (BoSP) sessions
* Manage annual calendars and communicate with sponsors, VIPs, and guests
Main Responsibilities:
* Draft marketing material for events and initiatives
* Collaborate with the editorial team to contribute updates to the national newsletter
* Maintain databases of industry contacts
* Foster strong relationships with corporate partners and sponsors
* Welcome new members and respond to inquiries
* Serve as a liaison between SA members and the Committee
* Assist with membership renewals and queries
* Support efforts to strengthen connections with industry stakeholders and related professions
Key Qualifications
* A self-starter with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in event planning or similar administrative roles.
