Working closely with the General Manager – Payroll, you'll handle payroll administration, maintain employee records, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and awards.What You'll Do:Process payroll for wages and salaried staff across weekly, fortnightly, and monthly pay cyclesMaintain accurate employee records and payroll transactionsProvide payroll-related reports and reconciliationsInterpret and apply relevant Enterprise Agreements, Awards, and employment legislationAssist with superannuation, PAYG, and payroll tax processesOffer payroll support to managers and employeesWhat You'll Bring:Demonstrated experience in payroll processing (experience with iChris/TIMS Payroll is highly desirable)Ability to manage payroll in a complex environment with a mix of casual and permanent staff (300+ employees)Strong numerical ability and attention to detailExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel and payroll systemsSound understanding of employment legislation and award interpretationWhy Join Us?
