Restorative Justice Specialist
As a Restorative Justice Specialist, you will work with young people subject to youth justice intervention, providing professional support to help them overcome challenges and achieve positive outcomes. Your role will involve preparing and facilitating restorative justice processes for young people, victims, their families, and the community.
The position requires effective communication and collaboration skills, as well as the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders. You will work closely with colleagues from various departments to ensure that interventions are tailored to meet the needs of each individual.
* Develop and implement culturally appropriate assessment tools and intervention strategies in collaboration with internal stakeholders;
* Prepare high-quality reports for court presentations on behalf of senior management;
* Liaise regularly with external partners such as schools and community groups;
