Following the recent opening of Market Lane Residences and The Corso, we are seeking a reliable and detail-focused Public Area Cleaner to join our team on a casual basis.
About the Role
Working across our two Maroochydore properties, you'll help maintain high presentation standards across common areas, amenities, and facilities. You'll be part of a professional on-site team focused on delivering an exceptional experience for residents and guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Clean and maintain all public areas including lobbies, lifts, corridors, amenities, and poolside spaces
* Replenish consumables and maintain storerooms in a tidy and organised state
* Spot-clean glass, stainless steel, and high-touch areas
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to management
* Support the caretaking team with occasional deep cleaning or project tasks
About You
* Proven experience in commercial, hotel, or residential cleaning preferred
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Reliability and consistency — you take pride in doing the job properly
* Available for early morning, daytime, or weekend shifts (rostered as required)
* Ability to work unsupervised and follow safety procedures
* Must have Australian work rights to be eligible for this position
