Role and Responsibilities:
- Responsible to evaluate and develop company goods and services policies, focusing customer service standards
- Manage and train sales staff in head office store to provide best customer service and help recruiting new staff
- Actively manage company's customer enquiries before and after sale, follow up with customer satisfaction, manage complainants and refund requests and other feedback.
- Ensure the performance of staff at all levels: purchase and fitting accessories.
- Manage relationships with current distribution channels, i.e. 6 retails shops setup in Victoria wide.
- Liaise with suppliers to conduct review of products as per customers' feedback
- Communicating with internal team to satisfy customer
- Be health and safety conscious
What we require:
- Experience in (or ability to work in) a customer focused, successful retail business
- Customer service champion with very strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain calm under pressure
- Efficiency and organisational skills
- Ability to be fast paced and Flexible with the business operating Monday to Saturday
- Weekend work will be required when we participate in 4x4 Shows and Events
**Job Types**: Full time, Permanent
**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
