Personal Care Worker Role
We are seeking experienced professionals to provide quality care to our residents.
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate III or IV in Aged Care and at least 6 months of aged care experience. They should be able to work a range of different shifts and have flexibility to meet the needs of the team.
The successful applicant will be responsible for providing direct care, support, and guidance to residents in accordance with best practice. They will also work towards establishing positive relationships with residents and collaborating within a team environment.
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing high-quality care to residents in line with organisational policies and procedures.
* Developing strong relationships with residents and their families to ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
* Working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
Requirements:
* Valid working rights in Australia.
* A Certificate III or Certificate IV in Aged Care or Individual Support.
* A minimum of 6 months Aged Care experience.
* Flexibility to work available shifts on short notice.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
