Job Title: Mobilisation Administrator
Job Overview:
* Mobilisation Administrators play a crucial role in the planning and mobilisation of personnel to client sites and projects.
* They are responsible for ensuring all incoming communication is directed to the relevant team in a timely manner, maintaining workflows, inboxes, and allocated jobs.
The Role:
This exciting opportunity requires an experienced administrator who can demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and time management skills.
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and have experience in administration or a related field.
* Be the first point of contact for the Planning department, managing communications and workflows.
* Liaise with site and staff via phone, email, and text message to coordinate travel arrangements and resolve queries.
* Update leave requests and maintain accurate records.
* Provide administrative support during team meetings, taking minutes and action items as required.
