Software Application Developer

Responsibilities:
* Work closely with product, development, and testing teams
* Develop features and implement user stories following high coding standards
* Write clear documentation and meaningful code comments
* Create and maintain unit tests
* Monitor application performance and reliability, and help resolve issues
* Stay up to date with modern tools, frameworks, and best practices
* Participate fully in Agile/Scrum ceremonies
Required skills, education, qualifications, and experience
* 2 years' experience in software development
* MAUI experience (essential)
* Demonstrated strong C#/.NET development skills
* Experience with React Native or other modern front‑end frameworks
* Solid understanding of Agile methodologies
* Demonstrable communication and collaboration skills
* Proven problem‑solving ability
* Willingness to learn new languages, tools, and technologies
* Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
* A passion for delivering consistently excellent software
* Exposure to modern distributed, high‑traffic web applications preferred
* Database experience preferred
This is a hybrid schedule position with 3 days per week on-site at our Mulgrave office.
