You will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans that cater to the unique needs and preferences of each resident.
Key requirements include a Certificate III in Aged Care or equivalent, 12 months+ experience delivering exceptional customer service within the aged care industry, and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
