About The Role
As the Administrative Officer (AAEP), you will play a key role in supporting the daily operations of the school. Reporting to the Principal or Business Manager, you will provide essential administrative and customer service support to ensure the school runs efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver professional and friendly customer service to students, parents, staff, and the wider school community.
- Manage administrative tasks such as maintaining school records, processing enrolments, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with financial processes, including payments, invoicing, and data management using OneSchool.
- Support the coordination of school events, activities, and communications.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth and effective administrative operations.

Ideal Attributes

- Proven experience in administrative or customer service roles, preferably in a school or education setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building positive relationships.
- Proficiency in using administrative systems such as OneSchool and familiarity with relevant policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
