We operate from 7am to 6pm, we offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 123 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About you;
* You're an experienced Diploma qualified Educator with a heart for high-quality care and inclusive leadership
* Passionate about early childhood education and dedicated to creating engaging learning environments
* You design thoughtful programming that empowers children as independent learners
* Nurtures curiosity, resilience, and self-awareness in every child
* Inspires inquisitive young minds through meaningful interactions and intentional teaching
* Lays a strong foundation for a lifelong love of learning
What You'll Bring:
* A Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent
* A current Working with Children Check
* Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards
* Australian Working Rights
* A professional and friendly personal presentation
* Confidence and curiosity to build relationships with families and the local community
* A team-first attitude and a desire to make a difference
* Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
