About the role:
This is a hands-on Property Manager position where you’ll oversee a small portfolio, ensure seamless operations, and contribute to business growth. You’ll be across the full property cycle with the support of a collaborative leadership team.
- Manage guest communications, bookings & property care
- Oversee maintenance, urgent repairs & contractor coordination
- Build strong owner relationships & maximise returns
- Support operations including cleaners & property setups
- Identify new business opportunities & grow the portfolio
- Once the portfolio grows, hire your own assistant!
About you:
- At-least 12 months experience in property management
- Positive, can-do attitude with strong initiative
- Excellent communication & relationship-building skills
- Ability to coordinate contractors & maintain high standards
- Current Agent’s Representative Certificate & driver’s license a must
