What Will You Bring?

We're looking for a nurse who is passionate about delivering exceptional care and has the skills and qualifications to match. Key requirements include:

* AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, Aged Care Accreditation Standards, and their Outcomes

Are You a Recent Graduate?

As a registered nurse with less than 12 months' experience, you'll have the opportunity to participate in our Graduate Program, designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capabilities in a structured, supportive, and caring environment. We provide mentorship and exposure to the many rewarding facets of nursing in aged care.
