We are seeking an experienced Guest Service Agent to deliver exceptional guest experiences. As a vital part of our Front Office team, you will be the face of our hotel and play a key role in creating memorable stays for our guests.
Job Description:
* Kick off every guest's stay with a warm welcome, ensuring they feel valued and respected from the moment they arrive.
* Take ownership of transactions, payments, and any issues that may arise during a guest's stay.
* Provide personalized recommendations and insights to help guests make the most of their time with us.
* Work closely with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and a smooth guest experience.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a Front Office position or similar is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
* You must be available to work a rotating roster, including weekends and Public Holidays.
* A fluency in English is required, and proficiency in local languages is an advantage.
* You will need basic literacy, numeracy, and computer skills to excel in this position.
