Key Responsibilities:
* Personal Care: Assist clients with daily tasks such as grooming, bathing, dressing, and hygiene to ensure their comfort, dignity, and well-being.
* Household Assistance: Support clients with cleaning, meal preparation, and general household tasks to maintain a safe and tidy living environment.
* Transportation: Drive clients to medical appointments, shopping, and social activities, ensuring they can access essential services and maintain their independence.
* Social Engagement: Foster social interaction and provide companionship, offering emotional support to improve clients' quality of life and overall well-being.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Essential Skills:
o Effective communication skills
o An empathic and caring approach
o Ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team
o Access to a fully maintained and insured vehicle
o Strong planning and organizational skills
o Competency with smartphones/tablets or willingness to learn
o Physical fitness for manual handling and extended periods of standing/sitting
* Qualifications:
o Qualified Home Care Employee: Certificate III in Individual Support (essential)
o Current First Aid Certificate and CPR or willingness to obtain
o Current unrestricted Australian Driver's License
