As a Mobile Software Developer, you will play a key role in delivering changes and enhancements to our digital banking platform. You will work with the latest technologies and methodologies in a dynamic and agile environment, ensuring that our applications are of the highest quality and meet our customers' needs.
What will your key responsibilities include?
o Develop, and maintain mobile applications using best practice development methodologies and following Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product owners, and quality assurance testers, to ensure that our mobile applications meet customer needs and expectations.
o Develop programs and enhancements as per specifications, working mostly independently or providing guidance to junior team members.
o Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to other developers, ensuring that code is clean, maintainable, and follows industry best practices.
o Ensure best practice development methodologies, tools, and techniques are identified and employed.
What are we looking for?
o A passion for learning and keeping up to date with the latest developments in mobile technology, software development, and digital banking trends, and a willingness to share knowledge and contribute to the growth and success of our team.
o Strong experience developing mobile applications in .NET MAUI, as well as web-related technologies or programming using React, HTML, CSS, C#, JAVA, JavaScript or JQUERY.
o Additional technologies include back-end JAVA, Developing for Azure, REST, SOAP, Relational DBs, DevOps (Azure / GitHub), other integrations services experience all beneficial.
o Experience working with Agile development methodologies and tools, such as Scrum, Kanban, JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards, or similar.
o Strong knowledge of mobile development technologies, including mobile application architectures, frameworks, and design patterns, as well as mobile security best practices and OWASP.
o A team player with excellent communication skills, able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, provide mentorship to junior developers, and share knowledge with others.
o Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field.
