This is a Melbourne-based coaching and education business delivering digital programs and live workshops. It's founder‑led, fast‑moving and built around performance rather than process. You'll work closely with decision‑makers and see the impact of your work quickly.
The Role
This role owns paid media across the business. You'll be responsible for running ads that drive leads and fill workshops, while also being involved in live delivery and education.
It's a hands‑on role for someone who likes performance marketing and being close to the outcome.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of paid advertising end‑to‑end, with a strong focus on Meta. You'll test, optimise and scale campaigns, working closely with the founder and Media Director. You'll also be involved in live workshops, helping explain how ads and marketing work in practice.
Specifically, you'll:
* Own and manage paid ad accounts
* Build, test and optimise campaigns to drive leads and workshop attendance
* Scale ads into colder audiences
* Work directly with the founder and Media Director
* Attend workshops and help teach paid ads and marketing concepts
* Answer ad and marketing questions from attendees
* Support the online community with ad‑related queries
