Qualifications
* Scheduling/Estimating experience in the residential home market
* Attention to detail and problem solving abilities are essential for this role
* Base understanding of the construction process and ability to communicate well with site supervisors, suppliers and sub-contractors
* Strong work ethic and willingness to meet deadlines during busy periods
* Ability to read and understand plans and associated construction documentation
* Desire for continuous improvement and willingness to assist the Manager
Responsibilities
* Stimulating work with lots of build variety and technical challenges including 2, 3 and 4 storey homes
* Potential for career progression with business growth
