HiQA Geotechnical is seeking a
Senior Technician Laboratory Supervisor in Construction Materials Testing (CMT)

About the Role:
* Leading daily lab operations and resource planning
* Supervising and mentoring junior technicians and trainees
* Conducting field and laboratory testing with accuracy and efficiency
* Overseeing quality assurance, calibrations, and compliance
* Ensuring our team meets high performance and safety standards
About You
* Minimum Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (or equivalent)
* Solid experience in CMT (concrete, aggregates, soils) testing
* Proven supervisory or team leadership experience
* Strong organisational skills with a detail-focused approach
* Excellent communication and client service abilities
* Australian work rights required for this position
