Housing Officer Role
Our organization is dedicated to delivering exceptional housing services and support for local communities. As a highly organized and customer-focused housing officer, you will play a key role in managing tenancies and properties effectively.
* Conduct lease sign-ups and routine inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
* Maintain accurate records and follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner.
* Collaborate closely with clients to provide support and resolve any issues that may arise during their tenancy.
This is a full-time permanent position working 38 hours per week, Monday to Friday. You will be part of a dedicated team passionate about providing excellent housing services in a state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality tenancy management services, including conducting regular inspections and maintaining accurate records.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, addressing their concerns and resolving any issues promptly.
