- About Anglicare Shops:
- Our Anglicare Shops are connection points in their local communities and sell a wide range of high quality, recycled clothing, and accessories at affordable prices. Our Shops provide a hub for the community and a safe place where you can drop in, feel valued and find a caring, listening ear.

- About the role:
- We are seeking casual motivated and energetic Shop Assistants with a can-do attitude for our Anglicare Op Shop in Manly. You will be passionate about making a difference in the lives of people in need, in and around the community. You will have a passion for all things made new and great customer service qualities and skills.
- Your Opportunity
- Ensure shop monies are always secure and a safe workplace is maintained
- Provide excellent customer service and a holistic experience to customers
- Provide leadership to Volunteers and be a role model to engender an environment where Anglicare's mission and vision are embraced.
- Ensure Volunteers are supported and foster strong teamwork
- Complete and submit appropriate shop paperwork in an accurate and timely manner
- What You'll Bring
- Previous experience in a retail environment
- Valid Working with Children's Check WWCC (or willing to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Great customer Service attitude
- The ability to relate to a diverse customer group with compassion and kindness
