The role:
You will be responsible for ensuring aircraft are airworthy in accordance with prescribed aviation standards.
Responsible for directly supporting Maintenance Managers in the execution of maintenance and aviation related duties by providing holistic tactical level task co-ordination, personnel management, and supervision for a group of maintenance tasks or GAT and/or personnel.
We are seeking a highly motivated, customer-focused engineer.
You will undertake maintenance and certification within scope of authorisation.
What you bring:
Certificate IV or higher in Aeroskills – Avionics
Experience with component-level troubleshooting and avionics systems
Platform-specific safety familiarisation (or equivalent)
Strong awareness of Human Factors, WH&S, and DASR 145 requirements
Ability to work a rotating roster
Ideal Candidate:
A hands-on problem solver with strong attention to detail
Confident in leading teams or ready to step into that responsibility
Curious, tech-forward, and committed to continual learning
