Production Operator (Stamping)

Job Summary
Perform machine operator duties to support our Animal Health Intelligence/Allflex operations at the Brisbane manufacturing site.
What You Will Do
* Work as a machine operator in a small production printing team.
* Operate laser and ink marking machines efficiently and correctly.
* Complete all production reports and documentation, ensuring good communication and record‐keeping practices.
* Maintain quality control of printed products by carefully inspecting job sheet details and printed tags, performing simple reprints when defects occur.
* Inspect and clean ink and heat press devices as needed.
* Report machine issues, malfunctions, or product quality concerns to the supervisor or team leader.
* Maintain a tidy and organized production area.
* Actively participate in safety reporting, informing EH&S Officers and representatives of hazards, risks, or incidents.
* Stay informed on company procedures, policies, and other information through shift toolbox meetings and policy training.
* Train junior staff when required.
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with the Quality, Environmental Health & Safety procedures and policies.
* Participate in biannual stock takes.
* Carry out other assignments as requested by the supervisor.
