**What you will enjoy about this role**: 
- Respond to enquiries and requests for action from Internal Account Manager 
- Processing of new business, renewals, and policy maintenance, providing excellent service to clients and the highest quality input to insurers. 
- Providing and following up on quotations 
- Processing all new business 
- Processing of endorsements/amendments 
- Quoting of renewals 
**What you will bring to this role**: 
- Your experience within an insurance administration support role 
- An eye for detail and passion for getting things right 
- The ability to work independently, ensuring work is completed 
- Strong organisational skills, being able to prioritise as the work requires 
- A calm, positive approach, able to deal with higher workload demands at times, particularly during policy renewal periods 
- Your enjoyment of undertaking administrative, data entry tasks
