Oncology Pharmacist

This role is in Queensland
You'll play a key role in delivering safe and effective oncology pharmacy services while mentoring team members and working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care to oncology patients
* Deliver patient-centered pharmacy services with a focus on safety and optimisation
* Conduct clinical assessments and monitor drug therapies
* Support aseptic compounding and contribute to cancer care meetings
* Mentor and support the oncology pharmacy team
About You
* Bachelor of Pharmacy
* Current AHPRA registration as a Pharmacist – Not an intern role.
* Previous oncology pharmacy experience
* Compounding experience (desirable)
* Experience with CHARM software (desirable)
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills
