The role

Are you a relationship-driven internal sales professional who thrives on managing accounts, uncovering opportunities, and delivering exceptional client experiences? We are currently partnering with a highly respected leader in commercial flooring—renowned for innovation, technical expertise, and outstanding service. With solid growth across the eastern states and a loyal client base, this is an opportunity to step into a pivotal internal sales role where your contribution will be visible and valued.

You will contribute to business success operating across a diverse range of sectors, including—but not limited to—Architecture and Design (A&D), Aquatic and Recreation, Healthcare and Aged Care, Hospitality and Food Manufacturing, and Local Government and Councils.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of existing accounts
  • Respond to inbound opportunities and commercial activity as opportunities arise.
  • Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience
  • Support business development initiatives through lead qualification and follow-up
  • Prepare proposals, quotes, and project documentation
  • Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored client solutions
  • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within current accounts
  • Maintain accurate pipeline and CRM reporting

What You Bring

  • Experience in internal sales, account management, or sales support (ideally within construction or related industries)
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Commercial awareness and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
