About the role:
Deliver discipline-specific adult mental health intake, assessment and triage
Undertake mental state and risk assessments to support timely care pathways
Contribute to care planning and therapeutic interventions
Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary and outreach team
Participate in data collection, service development and quality improvement
Engage in professional development, supervision and continuous learning
About you:
You are a registered nurse with current AHPRA registration
You have experience in adult mental health
You communicate clearly and therapeutically in complex situations
You manage competing priorities while maintaining high clinical standards
You value teamwork, flexibility and recovery-focused practice
What we offer:
Total remuneration value of up to $135,857 p.a. is comprised of:
An hourly rate between $ $60.05 p.h.
12.75% employer superannuation contribution
